It is said to be an exercise that strengthens the lower back and the back of the thighs as well :) It was difficult at first, but I gradually gained strength, so now I am doing it with the discs ㅎㅎ Bulgarian Split Squat Bulgarian Split Squat is a movement that stimulates one leg at a time to improve balance and strength in the lower body. Usually, office workers cross their legs or usually stand with one leg crossed, so their balance is greatly disrupted, right? If you do this exercise, your hips and It seems like an exercise that can develop both the quadriceps and the core muscles that help with balance! Even though it’s still difficult for Mandado to put strength into his feet, if he does it a lot, it will become stronger, right?? Leg press (narrow & single) Now that I have a feel for it and am used to it, I got a new stimulus from the leg press while doing it with single legs!! While receiving PT from Teacher Hyunjin, I learned how to give different stimulation even when using the same equipment :) It seems so much fun to be able to do various exercises with one piece of exercise equipment!!ㅎㅎㅎ It was awkward and difficult to support the weight that I used to support with both legs with one leg, but I want to get used to it quickly and put the disc in and exercise ㅋㅋ Upper body exercise Serratus anterior exercise It is said that it is important to include serratus anterior exercise before upper body exercise.
